Ofgem has launched a consultation to gather stakeholder input on proposed administrative changes to the Energy Company Obligation (ECO4) and the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS). These changes aim to enhance the deliverability and effectiveness of both schemes.
Ofgem has also released draft updates to the scheme guidance documents, reflecting these proposed changes.
No changes to the scheme have been determined at this stage.
